The “We are NOAA” project is seeking volunteers to highlight the wide variety of career tracks performed by Latinos at NOAA. The project goal is to increase the recruitment of individuals in the Latino community, which is currently an underrepresented group at NOAA. The Latinos at NOAA ERG is producing a video-series to inspire young Latinos in communities across the nation to apply for work opportunities at NOAA.
